Hello, and thank you for looking me up. I’m Savita Patel, and I’ve been a Well-Being Holistic Therapist since 2008, combining Hypnotherapy, Reiki and Counselling to specialise in helping people with relationship issues, anxiety, stress and lack of confidence.
Having experienced challenges and chosen to expand the options for my life, I decided that what I really wanted to do was to help those going through similar or more challenging issues, while at the same time extending my knowledge of various therapies.
Using one or more of these disciplines, I help people deal with issues ranging from anxiety, phobias, eating disorders and low self-esteem to weight management and irritable bowel syndrome. Or I apply the gentle Japanese art of Reiki to help achieve harmony, balance and a calmer response to life’s challenges.
I believe passionately in the importance of helping people find peace and harmony in their lives, and I draw on my own experience to find an empathic understanding of the issues others are facing.

The issues you need my help with are unique to you, and they can’t be reduced to a one-size-fits-all solution. This is why I take a holistic approach to the treatments I offer.
I’ve trained in a wide range of therapy techniques, and I draw on all this experience and knowledge, but I broadly offer three types of therapy, depending on your needs — Hypnotherapy, Reiki and Counselling.
I offer individual treatment sessions in my own safe, comfortable space. However, for corporate clients, I can come to your premises to work with your employees.
Treatments are in a detached building with private access in a quiet residential area. It’s easily accessible both by car and by public transport, and the building is well adapted to your comfort.
Reiki is a gentle Japanese healing technique, developed at the end of the 19th century by a Buddhist monk, for stress reduction and relaxation. By balancing the energy and removing blockages, it helps you achieve a sense of peace and well-being, with a more positive, balanced outlook
Counselling is a talking therapy that helps you deal with emotional issues in a safe context. A Counsellor is an empathic, active listener, without judgement or criticism, asking questions to help you find your own solutions to your issues, rather than trying to impose a solution from outside
Hypnotherapy is a therapy that uses an altered state of consciousness,
allowing the hypnotherapist to help you to break harmful habits and replace them with a positive mindset. It can help with a wide variety of issues, including stress, anxiety, fear, trauma and panic attacks.
